Originally from North Dakota, Dave received his education in St. Cloud and has remained in central Minnesota enjoying the many opportunities this area offers. Investing in real estate, making improvements and re-selling was a prosperous hobby. Becoming a licensed Realtor was a natural progression from the corporate procurement that Dave had been an integral part of right out of college. His unrestrictive style of analysis and inquiry created great efficiencies in project management. This combination brings a powerful support structure to the representation that Commercial customers require in real estate transactions.

Apart from business practice in the community, Dave is married, has three children and resides in Alexandria, MN. He and wife Dawn have provided foster care over the years which bring humility and faith to balance.
